New Year & Celebration Fonts

New Years is one of my favorite times of year, and to celebrate the imminent arrival of 2014 I have picked eight fonts which I think are both elegant and perfect for celebrations. You can use them in your digital scrapbooking, your blog graphics or even for creating those last minute party invitations!

The fonts are free to download and for personal use, but check the small print for anything beyond that. :)

    1. Doh! Sorry Kristina, I must have deleted that one when I was rearranging the post. The font is called Signerica - I will add the link now.

Thanks for pointing out my error, so that I can fix it. :-)

  5. I was just wondering, how did you do that beautiful gold color on the fonts? I downloaded all these fonts, and my ORIAL font just doesn't look as intricate as yours does. Can you explain to me how? :) Thank you so much!

    1. Hi. Not sure why yours doesn't looks so intricate, as how it appears on my image/on the DaFont website is how it shows on my computer. Perhaps contact the font's creator for help (contact details are on DaFont)?

My text shows up as gold because I created it in Photoshop with the Type Mask Tool. It allows you to "cut out" the text from a background of your choice (in this case, I used gold).
